- Finding good leads is the bottleneck of every outbound motion. Manually scraping, deduping, enriching, and scoring takes hours per batch — and most of what makes it into a sheet shouldn't be there in the first place.

- How long it took
- Two weekends to get from scrape to scored output. The classify prompt is still tuned monthly.
- Hardest part
- Email verification is a swamp — Hunter, NeverBounce, and ZeroBounce will all disagree on the same address. Settled on cross-checking two providers and only keeping leads both call deliverable. Cut my bounce rate from 14% to under 2%.
