Finding good leads is the bottleneck of every outbound motion. Manually scraping, deduping, enriching, and scoring takes hours per batch — and most of what makes it into a sheet shouldn't be there in the first place.

How long it took
Two weekends to get from scrape to scored output. The classify prompt is still tuned monthly.
Hardest part
Email verification is a swamp — Hunter, NeverBounce, and ZeroBounce will all disagree on the same address. Settled on cross-checking two providers and only keeping leads both call deliverable. Cut my bounce rate from 14% to under 2%.
